As each baby has its own time, sessions are only held individually as follows:

Baby yoga : we just work with the baby.

Baby yoga for Moms/Dads: exercices for moms (post natal exercice) and the Baby.

Exercices for dads and the baby.

Baby yoga for Moms & Dads: exercises for the three (i.e. mom, dad and baby)

Weekend and evening appointments are available. Daytime appointments are recommended when possible, however, as weekends and evenings fill quickly.
